SHIPPING POLICY
Production & Shipping Timelines
We offer two types of custom production. Timelines vary based on the product type:
🔥 DTF (Direct to Film) & Screen Printed Items
- ⚡ Production + Shipping: 7–14 business days
- These items are produced in-house and ship faster than embroidered or fully custom pieces
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
🧵 Custom Made-to-Order Items
- ⚡ Best Case: ~4 weeks from order date
- 📦 Standard: 6–8 weeks from order date
- Each piece is individually produced after your order is placed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your package at usps.com or via the link in your shipping confirmation.
Haven't received a tracking email?
- DTF / Screen Print orders: contact us after 14 business days
- Custom orders: contact us after 8 weeks
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, 5IVE KLUB APPAREL ships within the United States only. Join our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. 5IVE KLUB APPAREL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Address changes must be requested before your order enters production. Contact us immediately at: 📧 anthony@5iveklubapparel.com
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
5IVE KLUB APPAREL is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If this happens:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages early
- Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, email us and we will do our best to assist
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will make it right.
